We understand that life can get in the way of scheduled appointments. We ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
We know that the normal Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm is not always an option for people, so have options outside of those hours. Please contact us for availability of these appointments.
One of the biggest reasons we wanted to start this practice was to help with the long waitlists in our local area.
We will always have irregular appointments available for those needing to start their therapy journey immediately, while waiting for a regular session to become available.
Wait times for psychometric assessment appointments are kept to a minimum but can vary between clinician types.
We are currently able to accept the following options:
We are in the process of registering with additional schemes - please check in with us to see if we are able to accept your referral/scheme option.
We are currently offering discounts to active and retired Emergency Services Personnel, and active and retired Military Personnel who are unable to go through DVA or their employment schemes.
We are always trying to help our local community, so please reach out and we can try to find a solution together.
Daniel and Sarah each have extensive experience running small and medium sized businesses in a range of fields. Their passion for helping the local community access affordable and timely psychology services was born through the experience of trying to get help for their children while Sarah was undergoing treatment for Stage 3 Breast Cancer.
Daniel, Sarah, and their four kids are a proud NeuroSpicy family who believe in inclusiveness, open mindedness, and supportiveness.
